Expensive Wedding DJ Prices

"These people may charge anywhere from $1500-$4500. There may be added value, such as an additional DJ/wedding coordinator, lighting, staging, dancers, or props. Other times, this price is determined by an owner with an overinflated ego. If their wedding DJ cost is expensive, then this does not mean that they have instant credibility. This price might be marked up since they do not have enough word of mouth referrals yet. You should not have to take out a second mortgage to pay for your wedding DJ cost. If this sounds like fun to you, then by all means go for it. You will have a BLAST."

In 1996, Kilroy Entertainment founder, Robert J. Reece graduated from the Illinois Center For Broadcasting and began working at Joliet’s W.C.C.Q. 98.3 FM. At that time, he also began DJ-ing Joliet area events (As well as singing and playing sax in area bands).

In 2000, Kilroy Entertainment DJ & Karaoke service was founded with the belief that hard work, low prices, and satisfied customers are key to a successful business.

Kilroy Entertainment has a small staff. This insures less overhead and more cost savings, in turn, for you and your event. Kilroy Entertainment will meet or beat any reasonable written offer from other Chicagoland DJ services. While this may upset other services, we are here to serve you and you alone.

Our system is 100% PC based. This should reassure you that no disc will be scratched or song will skip during your event.

Currently, Kilroy Entertainment has over 20,000 Karaoke songs, 2200 music videos (to use with our projector or in-building video monitor or television system), and close to 10,000 DJ songs in its catalogue, all PC based. This number is ever increasing, totaling over 550 hours of music. There are also ‘sub’ catalogues for special occasions as in ‘Rock ‘N’ Country’, ‘70’s’, ‘80’s’, and ‘Luau’ (Hawaii/Beach) themed events. As an example, we have over 6 hours of Christmas music without any song (from the same artist) repetition. Kilroy Entertainment will work with clients to find music that is not in our current catalogues. There is no charge for this service when reasonable requests are made.
